ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Meadowbrook Early Childhood Center is now taking enrollment for 2010-2011 school years.
Our Christ-centered Preschool Program is open Monday through Friday. Our nine-month planning calendar and our Family Handbook will be available in August.
To assist us in establishing a realistic budget and insuring the financial stability necessary for a quality program, tuition is due by the 1st of each month. Even though late fees of $20 will not be applied to accounts until the 15th of the month we greatly appreciate advance notice if an account may have a late payment. Without proper communication and payment, Meadowbrook ECC reserves the right to withhold your child from attending class. Tuition checks may be made payable to Meadowbrook Preschool. Tuition will be as follows:
Pre-Kindergarten (Ms. Tina) M-F 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM $260.00 per month
Pre-Kindergarten (Ms. Gloria) M/W/F 9:00 AM to Noon $115.00 per month
3 & 4 year old program (Ms. Jessica) T/Th 9:00 AM to Noon $90.00 per month
3 & 4 year old program (Ms. Jessica) T/Th/F 9:00 AM to Noon $115.00 per month
3 & 4 year old program (Ms. Jessica) M/W 9:00 AM to Noon $90.00 per month
2 year old program (Ms. Deanna) T/Th 9:00 AM to Noon $95.00 per month
All classes will be filled on a first come-first served basis. Current preschool families will be considered first followed by alumni families, members of the Church congregation then general public. If there are not at least 7 students enrolled for a given class then that class will be cancelled and a waiting list will be started until such a time as that class can be filled.
Space will be reserved for your child as soon as we have received the following:
· Enrollment form
· Registration Fees of $65 (non-refundable); second child from same family $40
(Registrations Fees are used to pay for snacks/drinks throughout the year as well as additional school supplies not purchased by parents.)
All other paperwork which includes the MO Dept. of Health and Senior Services Child Enrollment form, child medical examination form, immunization records and field trip form, must be in the school office prior to the first day of school. Your child can not start classes until these forms are in our office.
Completed forms may be mailed to the address listed above or given directly to the director, Lauren Watson, whichever the parent finds more convenient.
**Although any family is welcome to participate in our program, we do reserve the right to refuse this service to any person or persons who do not abide by the rules, both written and oral, of the Meadowbrook Early Childhood Center Preschool Program.
